In a world where more is often perceived as better, discover how overhydration might be silently sabotaging your health. Could excessive water intake be the culprit behind some of your health issues? Do we really know what it takes to hydrate the body? Below is important information to understand and embody.
Water, the elixir of life, has a captivating secret that goes beyond mere hydration. I used to drink a gallon of water a day and had to take many supplements to keep up my vitamins and minerals. I started researching more on this topic and realized I was flushing out all my minerals before they could benefit my body. If your urine is clear that does not mean you are hydrated. The opposite is true. I will paraphrase some content from my online class with Dr. Zach Bush, M.D., leaving out the medical speak. Clear urine is an indication that our bodies are not holding or using water. The body should be using water to clean and sweep out toxins and hence the urine should have some color. Too much color as in dark orange or brown would be an indication of dehydration. Is that clear?! Pun intended.
I admire Dr. Bush because he combines common sense with his medical background. He has been doing deep dives into nutrition, our soil health, breathe work and natural ways of hydration. He mentioned a modality where you soak in a tank to help hydrate. I was curious because I understand that water holds information and energy. We know this from Dr. Emoto’s work. In his studies, Emoto found that water exposed to positive words and intentions formed beautiful, symmetrical crystalline structures when the water was frozen, while water exposed to negative words and intentions formed disorganized, asymmetrical structures. With a quick search on the Internet, you can do a deep dive into this topic. It’s pretty fascinating how water can harm and heal.
What I discovered is that these float tanks are a temporary form of hydration but at a possible cost to your energy field and health. Let me explain and educate you so you can tune into your intuition and discernment to see if this resonates with you.
Imagine water as a messenger that whispers to your trillions of cells, conveying the secrets it carries. Imagine the clients that were in the float tank before you. They may have been releasing their fears, anxieties and toxins in that very same water holding all the information. The proper way to clean water would be to be drained, rinsed with neutral components and then opened up to light for a period of time. As you can imagine the cost and time involved to do that, so it’s generally not done. Beneath the tranquil surface of the water lies an intricate web of energy. Salt alone is not going to magically clean the water. If you plan to use a float tank, please do yourself a favor and inquire how the water is cleaned, how the energies are cleared and what process they use to protect you. Then you can decide if that modality, in that location is right for you. And, anytime you go to a place where you are soaking in water, ask if they add chlorine to the water.
Why ask about chlorine? Chlorine is a common guest in our water, chlorine is dehydrating! Yes, you breathe in the fumes in your hot shower or bath and that can be harmful to you and your family, including pets. I like to soak in Hot Springs around the Colorado area, but some hot springs add chlorine to the water and it’s hard to find any that do not these days.
Now think about a long swim in the ocean or a natural hot spring, without chlorine in it. The salt will energize the skin organ to operate at optimum levels. Salt can cleanse the skin and invigorate the organs to perform and you will not have pruned up fingers because it’s not stealing water from your body. Wait, what?! Take note when your fingers are pruned up after a long bath or soaked in chlorinated water. That’s water being removed from the body, not hydrating it!!! The body needs more than a soak or swim to hydrate, it needs to be healthy and address root causes at a cellular level in order for the cells to retain water.
Now here is how I am biased as the inventor of the Harmonic Egg®. How does the Harmonic Egg® hydrate in the surreal escape inside a large wooden Egg? The Harmonic Egg® is a system that works on the energetic level interacting with the person’s biophysical field. Depending upon the light/sound pattern used by the practitioner, it has the ability to address health issues and trigger a healing process. When a person is “healthy” then their hydration system should be working well, if not the Harmonic Egg® works to identify that issue and target the problem area that is manifesting by lack of proper hydration.
The following statement takes into consideration that hydration is very important, but in our quest for wellness, we inadvertently disrupted our body’s natural hydration cues by gulping down excessive water. Before the bottled water companies created their niche market, people drank when their bodies indicated they needed water by “feeling” thirst. It is possible that before bottled water in the USA, many people might not have been drinking enough because they ignored their thirst signal. By drinking more water than needed, the body has to accommodate this new situation and therefore evacuate more often and “regulate” this huge in-flow of water to stay healthy. Result: now people can’t stop drinking huge amounts of water because their body’s hydration system has had to adapt to receiving enormous amounts of water and this is now their new normal situation.
A friend of mine grew up in Paris and she said this, “In Europe, before the USA bottled water, we had big bottled water for the house for two reasons: 1/ it came from specific mineral springs and each one offered different natural benefits, and 2/ city water went through old pipes with too much chlorine, the water had a lot of calcite and tended to produce gallstones. We did not walk around all day with a water bottle.” She also told me a story this week about a friend of hers who went to the doctor and was diagnosed with kidney issues. His doctor said that comes from overdrinking water! We were both mind-blown that a conventional physician gave him that information.
So, take a second look—there’s more to water than meets the eye. I hope this helped spark some new brain cells into how water can harm and heal.
